Step 1: Complete the Application. This does not obligate you to purchase a franchise nor does it obligate us to offer you a franchise, but it let’s us know that you are serious about becoming a business owner! You can help us by completing the Franchise Applicant Biography form and faxing your application to us at 770-953-6020 for us to review. You will receive a call within 24-48 hours from one of our team members to schedule a telephone conversation to further discuss our franchise Opportunity. Click here to download the application.
Step 2: Attend a Discovery Day at our Corporate office. Based on our telephone calls and exchanges of information, we will invite you to come visit with our franchise team to learn first hand about our franchise operation.
Step 3: UFOC Disclosure and review. During your visit, we will provide to you a copy of our Franchise Offering Circular which contains all of the legal information pertaining to our franchise.
Step 4: Signing your Franchise Agreement. We will schedule a signing date to sign your Franchise Agreement.
Step 5: Attending Training and Opening your Kayson's location. After you sign your Franchise Agreement and pay your Franchise Fee, we will schedule your training program in Atlanta, Georgia and you will be on your way to opening your restaurant!
